1. PNR Seat Hold & E-Ticket Issuance

Flight bookings hold cabin inventory and a 6-character PNR for 15 minutes pending payment confirmation. Once payment is verified, 13-digit IATA E-Ticket numbers are issued automatically.

2. Refund, Rebooking & Baggage Rules

Refund and rebooking fees strictly follow the fare rules displayed at the time of cabin selection (Lite Saver V, Standard 20KG M, Flex Y, or Business C).
