EZTravel Privacy Policy

EZTravel ("we", "our", "us") operates the EZTravel mobile application (com.hx.eztravel) and website (eztravel.hexa.asia) to provide airline flight search, PNR booking, and E-Ticket issuance across the Philippines and Asia.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Contact Data: Username, email address, and mobile number strictly for sending PNR confirmations, E-Ticket receipts, and flight status alerts.
• Passenger APIS / Travel Document Data: Legal name, nationality, gender, date of birth, and passport/ID numbers required by airlines and border authorities to issue IATA electronic tickets.
• Payment Records: Payment intent status (via QRPh, GCash, Maya, Card, or Bank Transfer). EZTravel never stores raw card numbers or e-wallet PINs.

2. Data Deletion & User Rights

You can permanently delete your account, saved passengers, and price alerts anytime inside the EZTravel App (Me → Account & Security → Delete Account) or via Account Deletion.
